About the founder

I am Eric Hooper, the founder of Hooper Creative, a UX design studio helping SaaS founders grow their business through improved user experiences.

I’ve worked with many government agencies and small businesses who have brilliant visions for their products, but find their users still struggle. More often than not, it’s not the core product or the tech that is holding them back – it’s the UX.

That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to mastering UX - because creating software that people love and actually use takes in-depth knowledge of human behavior.

I bring 20 years of experience with a deep understanding in smart, creative, and engaging design to website applications across multiple industries including technology, finance, and education. I approach design problems systematically, with empathy and analytical thinking behind it. I make sure the user is front of mind in every design I create.
